It does not reverse the fan. Fanimation lists it for most Fanimation AC fans; it is rated 120V, 60Hz, 1.0 amp fan load.

Remote buttons: fan off, fan on/speed up and speed down; light on/off, brighter and dimmer; and 1-, 3- and 6-hour sleep timers that turn the fan and light off.

Setup: the receiver installs in the fan's hanger bracket under the canopy. Five dip switches give 32 code settings, so neighboring fans don't interfere; set the remote and receiver to the same code (the factory all-up position is not to be used). On a pull-chain fan, set the fan to high and switch the light on first.

Related: Fanimation's 2026 price sheet lists the CR530 non-reversing fan and light remote with receiver; for app control of a 3-speed AC fan, see the WFR50 fanSync WiFi receiver.

For wiring questions, see the instruction sheet or contact Fanimation Customer Care at 888-567-2055 or techsupport@fanimation.com.

https://lightingandbulbsunlimited.com/products/fanimation-cr500-hand-held-remote-and-receiver-for-ac-ceiling-fans-3-speed-non-reversing-fan-control-with-light-dimming
