How to Enter

1. Snap a photo
   Take a clear photo of your ugly, installed ceiling fan.
2. Enter
   Fill out the form below by July 31, 2025 11:59pm Eastern. Entries dated August 1 in our inbox will not be counted. Be sure to confirm eligibility. Once you have filled out the form below; within 24 hours, one of our humans will reply with a confirmation of receipt. Reply to that email with your photo to finalize your submission. Submissions are not confirmed until you've received the confirmation email after your photo has been sent. Please keep in mind a human is sending the confirmations (they are not automatic).
   
   * Please add UglyFan@LightingAndBulbs.com to your contact / safe senders list so you don't miss our replies/emails regarding this promotional competition.
   
3. Vote
   Voting will take place the first week of August, here on our website (a link will be sent out to all participants). Invite all your friends, family, co-works, and neighbors to vote for your fan (one vote per email). The fan with the most votes will win!*.
