In an effort to continue reaching our goal of becoming your go-to lighting experts, we've made the switch to a new website. From checkout processes to the overall design and layout of the site, we've been working hard to bring this dream of ours to life, but more importantly, to you.

As our customers, we truly appreciate your business. When you choose to purchase your items from us, you're shopping small, supporting local, and getting genuine service. When you call us, you're speaking to a human that is physically located in the showroom, not someone we've outsourced. We don't read scripts, we speak to you in real time, offering our help, experience, and expertise as lighting associates and certified lighting consultants.

Not to mention, because we're local, you can stop by anytime with questions, suggestions, and even product selection help. We're not sitting behind a chat screen sending you the chandeliers tab...we're here, in person looking through catalogs, roaming the showroom floor, and truly helping to find the ideal chandelier you're looking for.

And it is because of that, that effort and genuine desire to want to help you, that pushed us into finally making the switch over to a website that we believe keeps us in that direction of service. Not to mention, with a new site we have so many opportunities and potential add-ons that just opened up, so stay tuned because we're not done improving it yet!

Checkout Process

Say hello to a checkout process that is simpler and offers more payment options, such as Apple Pay and Amazon Pay, plus a very simple Guest checkout that allows for you to place an order without having an actual account.

Gift Cards

Oh yes! Finally. We now have a way for you to purchase gift cards on our website. At the moment, gift cards purchased online can only be redeemed online, but we're still working on finding a way to implement it into our current in-showroom POS system. Good news is that we can create an invoice on our site while you're in the showroom to redeem your gift card though, so please don't worry about using it. We'll help!

Mobile Friendly

The overall layout of our site is now geared to work just as well on a cellphone or tablet, as it is on a desktop. While we worked hard on the gorgeous layout our site has when shopping through a desktop, we know how important the mobile friendliness aspect is for online shopping.

Curated Collections

We can hear the desired trends from customers who shop in store with us, and have been keeping note of which fixtures catch your eyes the most within those styles. Soon, we'll have curated content where you can shop the looks of our previous projects, view the fixtures within various styles that catch the most eyes, or just Shop our Showroom where you can only look at what is currently on display in the showroom at the time. There are thousands of options for fixtures, and we're wanting to help narrow your online searching process when you're not in the showroom with a lighting associate.

Financing

At the time of launch, we will only have one financing option available, but we are looking into adding more options so that we can help you to achieve your project without having to look for financing outside of the showroom if needed. The financing option we will have at launch is called Shop Pay, which allows for you to split your purchase into four equal payments without interest; the first payment is collected at the time of order and the remaining three are automatically drafted in two week increments).

Order Pick-Up Options

Local customers will see the option for "Pick-Up" meaning you can place your order online then just swing by the showroom to grab it when it is ready. For Drive-Up or Curbside service, give us a call once you've parked in our parking lot (please turn on your hazards and just let us know the color and make of your vehicle so we can find you easily).

Sales, Coupon codes, & more

Be sure you're on our mailing list! We are so, so excited for this new website and will have a variety of promotions for the first few weeks of launch. Our mailing list may or may not, but definitely are, the same or better than those shown outside of the mailing list. It's our way to say thank you for being a loyal subscriber and staying in the loop with all things happening here at Lighting & Bulbs Unlimited.

Schedule LED Conversions

Now, you're able to schedule in-home LED Conversions at anytime of day. Simply visit our website, tap LED Conversions under our Services tab, and scroll to the bottom to select from our available open appointments. Please remember we schedule in arrival windows so 9a will be our 9a-12p arrival window and 1p will be our 1p-4p arrival window. 

Clearance Displays Tab

Ohhh yes, you can finally start to shop our clearance display fixtures from home. Purchase online and pick-up when ready, or glance to see if any new displays have been marked down. Please keep in mind that Clearance Displays are final sale; if you want to look at the fixture before purchasing, we suggest you come into the showroom to look at its condition, size, and finish colors before placing the order online. Due to very limited quantities of our clearance displays, we do not offer any holds at this time.

Warehouse Sale Tab

You can shop our Warehouse Sale to get extra savings on items that are ready to be cleared out of inventory. We also have added a link to our eBay store where we list all of the older inventory items (all eBay listings can be purchased in the showroom, as well).

Black Friday + Cyber Monday

You betcha. Our Black Friday sale always takes place the week of Thanksgiving (keep in mind we're closed on Thanksgiving day) and our Cyber Monday sale is always the first Monday after Thanksgiving day. But again, the mailing list is where you'll want to be for that, wink wink.

Will I have to create a new account?

Yes. While we know this might be a small inconvenience, we trust you'll find our new site worth it! If you need help creating an account, please call us.

What happens to my order history?

While your order history (orders placed online through our old website) will no longer be available on this new site, we do have copies of your orders. If you need a copy of a previous order, rest assured we have it in our system, just call or email us. Any orders placed from this point forward, will be kept here on this website, unless you've made in-showroom purchases as this website will only keep record online purchases.

I can't find what I'm looking for, do you still sell it?

Due to manufacturer data reasons and limitations, we may not have everything available for an online sale, but we are able to create an order for you online so that you can still purchase what you need to without physically visiting our store or providing your card over the phone. Just give us a call or send us an email so we can create the order and send the invoice for you to pay online. These invoices will be sent through the website so that you can still have a record of it on our website within your order history. And again, we keep copies in our POS system at the showroom as well.

I didn't apply for the Pro Program yet on the old site, where is it now?

Unfortunately, our online application for the pro program will not be ready at the time of the site launch. But we are still accepting applications for trade partners to join our Pro Program, therefore we encourage you to send us an email or give us a call so we can help to get you applied.

What happens for current Pro Program members?

Once ready, we'll reach out individually to our current (and active) Pro Program accounts with more details regarding making your purchases online. If you need to place an order before we've reached out, or your account is inactive due to zero previous orders or it has been more than three months since your last order, please give our showroom a call.
