D I R E C T I O N S

We are located on a turn, so it does sneak up on you a bit. Unfortunately, our sign is further back then other businesses in the area, who were grandfathered in by the city previously.

We are a black building with a large red circle on it, directly across from Hearth & Patio / Barker Lounge / Banner Nursery.

If coming from Charlotte (heading towards Matthews), once you cross over the Wendover Road/Monroe Road intersection, get in the left lane. There is one smaller light signal near Benjamin Moore, we will be on the left hand side after the church, right after the blue sign reading "Pest Control Authority".

If coming from Matthews (heading towards Charlotte), we are a ways past the Sharon Amity Road/Monroe Road intersection. Once you past the Oakhurst STEM elementary school, get in the right lane. You'll see a white building with a firefighter sign that reads "Charlotte Fire Fighters Association" followed by a little green house with a Metro Portraits sign (this is the overflow parking). Our showroom is the very next driveway after the green house.

P A R K I N G

Our building has an upper and lower level for parking spaces. Handicap parking spaces are at the upper/main entrance.

If parking behind the building, you may use the elevator located inside the double doors (left of the back of the building) to come up to the main level (no need to walk up the ramp, it is not leg day today). Guests are allowed to parallel park on the ramp, however, we encourage you to hug the edge to allow for plenty of space for those travel up/down. You are welcome to block in the trash can area, garage doors/work trucks as they are not in use during this event (lots of little spaces available in the back).

If both parking lots are full, we have overflow parking available next door at Onxley Architecture (green house to the left if you're leaving the showroom, or right if you're entering the parking lot). Out of curtesy for Onxley Architecture, please park carefully with respect to the land/gravel/grass. The first two spots will be blocked off with traffic cones for the Onxley owner.

Lauren followed in her mother’s footsteps learning how to run a full-time design business while parenting two girls of her own — And the foundation of her business and design philosophy is centered around the phrase, “Family + Function = Fabulous”. Focusing on their specific needs, Lauren enjoys working closely with her clients to ensure the end results are a true reflection of their personal tastes. Architect - Aaron Cote Architecture Website I'm one of those people who "always knew" they wanted to be an architect so I'm lucky in that way. I got my Bachelor of Architecture from Charlotte and a Master of Architecture from Rice, then followed my passion for residential design back here to my home state to work for Pursley Dixon. I was there for almost ten years before going out on my own.
