the Fine Print

The Gist of our Promotion is as follows:
For the month of July, full priced ceiling fans that include the blades, motor, and optional light kit if any, priced at $349.00 (per fan) or more up are eligible for free local installation where a ceiling fan is being replaced on a ceiling under 15ft within the Greater Charlotte, NC area. Additional charges will apply if the ceiling height is at or over 15ft, power does not yet exist, or junction box does not meet the weight requirements (old junction boxes or converting a chandelier to a fan sometimes).

Fans $349.00 & up
The fan price (blades and motor, plus light kit if any) must be $349.00 (per fan) or more without any discounts or tax applied. Down rods, extra remotes or wall controls, and accessory items do not count towards the fan total. If a fan is on sale by the manufacturer (such as part of their Fourth of July promotions), you have the choice to purchase the fan at the sale price, or pay full price to redeem the promotion as long as the full price meets or exceeds the minimum of $349.00. Only one offer valid per transaction.

Ceilings Under 15ft, Replacements
The free local installation applies to addresses within a 25-mile radius to our Charlotte, NC showroom; further locations are available at an additional charge for travel and time, if available. The replacement installation only applies to locations that 1) are within the travel range of 25 miles of our showroom, 2) have existing power and junction boxes and have 3) ceiling heights under 15ft. Areas that need power, or ceiling heights that are 15ft or more, are still available at an additional charge. If an existing junction box is not rated to safety handle the new replacement fan, junction boxes will need to be added ($66/box). We do not charge extra to hang any down rods on the fan, but to install a wall control (if purchased separaetly, i.e. not already included in the box) is $35 per wall control.

Scheduling
Once your fan has arrived, we'll call to schedule the installation of your fan(s); appointment availability and technician selection is at our discretion. We cannot guarantee any manufacturer stock at this time, therefore we cannot tentatively schedule any appointments prior to stock arrival. We install Mondays through Fridays in morning arrival windows of 9a-12p and afternoon arrival windows of 1p-4p.

Exclusions
Promotion is not valid on any exisiting orders, including backorders at this time. Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, sale price, coupon code, or promotion of any kind. Promotion has no cash value (cash can not be redeemed in lieu of not redeeming the promotion). There is no limit on the number of eligible fans a customer can purchase to redeem the promotion (limit to one free eligible installation per eligible purchased fan) during the promotional period.

Fan Disposal
We will gladly dispose of your old ceiling fan (complimentary), upon request (if you would like to move this fan to another location, installation charges will apply).

Warranty
A fan's warranty will vary based on its manufacturer, however most are one year, up to 5 years on the light kit, and Limited Lifetime on the motor. While a manufacturer will warranty their product, they do not reimburse or pay for any labor or electricians. Please keep this in mind (with our one-year labor warranty, we come back out for warranty fan replacements within the first year after installation at no additional charge)*.
