Installation: Ceiling Fan Replacement
Requirements
• Existing junction box, switch leg (i.e. a ceiling fan that. is already installed and just needs to be replaced with a new one).
This Service Includes:
• Assembly of your new ceiling fan
• Removing the current ceiling fan
• Installing your new ceiling fan

Description
When you trust us with your installation, we want you to shop confidently. That is why all of our installations come with our 1-year Labor Warranty. This covers labor costs for the first year in the event that your ceiling fan has a manufacturer defect.
Disclaimer
• While we will help to accommodate consultation reschedules, our services are non-refundable.
• Our services are currently only available to the Charlotte and greater Charlotte areas (within 25 miles of our lighting showroom).
• Due to safety, ceilings of 15ft or higher require an additional person and equipment suitable for the height. Ceiling Fans over 72" also require an additional charge.
• In the event you need a new switch leg or junction box, additional charges may apply. We will inform you prior to completing the work so that you can approve or deny; if you choose not to go through, the work will stop at that moment.
