Online purchases will be eligible between 12:01a Monday, Nov. 22 through 11:59p Saturday, Nov. 27. Our showroom is located in the Eastern time zone so please plan accordingly if shopping in other time zones. In-Showroom purchases will be eligible during regular showroom hours (M-F 8a-6p, Sat 10a-5p). Please keep in mind that we are CLOSED on Thanksgiving day though, but our online store is open 24/7 that day for window shopping and making purchases.
The following are not eligible to be included in the sale:

• Previous Purchases (including all statuses, such as fulfilled, backorder or outstanding orders)
• Custom or Made-to-order items

Eligible Return Purchases are subject to a 25% restock fee, as per our return policy. However, to help with this, we offer a 10% restock fee if you choose to exchange your item for something else, or if you choose to receive the refund back as store credit. Original shipping/handling/freight charges are not eligible to refund.
The TurnAround Time
How long your order will take is case-by-case, but the average has been about 2-3 weeks. Some orders are delivered the same or next day, while others could potentially be days to weeks if they are on backorder or hit delivery delays while in transit. We do our best to keep you updated but please tell us if you have a firm deadline for project inspections. Please see our website for details or call us as this truly depends per product.
